This evening, Unite NY will host David Imamura and Amy B. Marion, the lead attorneys behind the landmark case that brought proportional ranked-choice voting to Newburgh.
They will discuss how the New York Voting Rights Act was used to challenge the existing electoral system—and what Albany residents, advocates, and community leaders can learn from the case.
Sherrise Palomino and Tim Hoefer of Unite NY will be available for on-the-record interviews.
